I am currently writing a book with my former professors about integrating creative mindfulness with trauma-informed care and had an article published in 2020 for the Journal of Creativity in Mental Health. I am a nationally certified counselor (NCC) and received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. All aspects of a client’s life and relationships are valued, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment for my clients who practice polyamory, are LGBTQIA+, or are otherwise part of diverse communities. I also take special interest in couples work and sex therapy using a sex-positive approach. I am dedicated to helping clients reach their personal goals and live more fulfilling lives where anxiety, dread, and regret are things of the past!
